A Scrum Master with intermediate level experience acts as a servant leader for a scrum team using Agile/Scrum methodology, facilitating self-organization and quick adjustments. This role entails guiding the team in Agile practices, assessing and enhancing team maturity, removing impediments, and leading Agile ceremonies (e.g., Daily Standup, Retrospective). Key Responsibilities:
