Manager, Data Visualization

SUMMARY USA for UNHCR seeks a dynamic Manager of Data Visualization to support the creation and dissemination of innovative analytics through impactful data visualizations, dashboards, and web-based applications. This role bridges data science and storytelling, transforming reputed company data into actionable insights for decision-making and donor engagement. The Manager of Data Visualization will set and uphold best practices in data visualization, ensuring alignment with UNHCR guidelines while fostering an environment of reputed company innovation and data-driven problem-solving. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create custom, updatable, sustainable, and multidimensional data visualizations in the form of dashboards, charts, graphs, infographics, etc. to support knowledge acquisition, storytelling, and decision-making.
• Design and create interactive data experiences such as web-based applications for data visualization as needed for organizational, donor-facing and open data from multiple data sources.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in creating data visualizations for a public audience, working with large databases for analysis and engineering; Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Data Visualization, Computer Science or equivalent; Master's degree preferred.
