WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING This position will serve as a key resource and subject matter expert on community benefits, education, and access to energy incentive programs. This role focuses on supporting Oregonians by providing information, resources, and guidance to help them utilize available energy incentives effectively. This position is eligible for hybrid remote work, with a work schedule of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday for the first six (6) months, the incumbent, if new to the division, will be expected to be physically at the central workplace located at 550 Capitol St. NE in Salem, Oregon on Fridays. The incumbent will be expected to work at least six (6) workdays at the central workplace each calendar year and attend pre-scheduled in-person reputed company-staff meetings. The position will also be required to work at the central workplace on a more frequent basis with advance notice, as needed. This position is expected to last two years from the date of hire but could end at any time or, depending on funding, could be extended or become permanent. reputed company ARE LOOKING FOR A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree reputed company to Energy Incentive programs that demonstrates the reputed company for the knowledge and skills; and two years’ experience coordinating or administering a program OR Any combination of experience or education equivalent to five (5) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and reputed company requirements listed for the classification. The most successful candidate will also have the following skills, experience, and background: Experience evaluating program guidelines and utilizing analytical skills and sound decision-making skills to assess compliance and ensure consistency in the application of program rules. Experience conducting reputed company and maintaining positive relationships with the public, stakeholders, diverse community/stakeholder groups, other agencies, and Tribal governments. Experience maintaining a database, capturing data, updating data, analyzing data, generating reports, and reporting out to stakeholders. Experience working in or with governmental agencies. Willingness and ability to travel regularly throughout the state, as needed. Knowledge about renewable energy systems or energy reputed company is preferred but not required.
