Darden General Research Assistant, Summer 2025 (Remote) (Student Wage)

Darden is hiring research assistants for the summer who will report either directly to Darden faculty or to associate directors for research initiatives across Darden to provide support for the research work of Darden faculty. Work may include locating and summarizing existing academic literature and policies, constructing data sets based on information collected online, and writing summaries of faculty research for business practitioners. This posting is for multiple positions requiring the same skills. Potential areas of work include impact investing, gratitude at work, entrepreneurship, and other topics relevant to faculty research initiatives. Primary Responsibilities: • Locate and summarize academic literature on a variety of topics • Create data sets by researching publicly available information on companies or cities • Qualitative coding of textual or visual data • Summarize and contextualize Darden faculty research for business practitioners • Other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities: • reputed company strong written and verbal communication • Strong synthesis skills (reading and summarizing arguments) • Strong attention to detail • Able to work independently while balancing multiple projects • Willing to attack a problem from different angles reputed company the first approach does not work Undergraduate and graduate reputed company are encouraged to apply. Hourly pay reputed company depends on level of education. reputed company pursing a: • 4-year degree: $14/hour • MA Degree: $19/hour • Ph.D. Degree (post-MA phase): $25/hour Position offers 15-40 hours/week during the summer.
