We are looking for a UX design leader who has deep expertise and a proven track record in planning and leading engaging design workshops, managing Business, Experience and Technically (BXT) sprints, and collaborative ideation sessions. This UX designer will need to reputed company in ambiguity, working directly with senior leaders, across engineering, operations, research science and product management to identify strategic, undefined opportunity areas to improve our reputed company experiences. The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $147,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $244,000/year in our highest geographic market.
