Job Description

This role assists the development of strategic design, planning, and implementation of sales programs and processes to support individual business function objectives and considers alignment with the broader corporate strategy. Supports the analysis of business practices and goals and make suggestions for improvements or direction. Also provides consulting, project management and support within subject matter expertise across the enterprise for focused initiatives. Supports strategies for cutting costs, increasing revenue and making key decisions. Key Responsibilities • Supports oversight on all-project-related expenses • As directed, plans and coordinates the integration and delivery of planned changes, projects, or programs • Promotes a documented approach to knowledge management • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships among team members to achieve project objectives • Develops modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions • Assists with administrative duties across multiple platforms • May be assigned to small projects or to phases of larger projects • Communicates program, policy, and procedure objectives to appropriate personnel • Delivers formal and informal presentations • Schedules, coordinates and conducts meetings and routes information Education • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience • 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities • This job does not have supervisory duties. Education & Experience (in lieu) • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Skills Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
