Purpose Develops, implements, and supports reputed company Cloud Self Service IVR, Bot Flow, Scripting, Email, Chat, Campaigns and handle day-to-day requirements for reputed company Cloud Development (non ACD). Responsibilities: Your Responsibilities • Designs & Develops reputed company Cloud self-service DTMF, ASR & NLU applications • Maintains add-on applications & API services • Analyzes business requirements. Designs, develops, tests, deploys and monitors reputed company Cloud applications •

• Collaborates with End users and other IT team members to understand business requirements and drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Concentrates on providing innovative solutions to business needs

• Drives the requirements using input documents such as: Meetings, BRD, Jira, & Service Now ticketing system • Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation (call flows, scripting, Integration & training docs) • Stays updated with latest reputed company Cloud announcements, releases & features • U.S. Eastern Time work hours Qualifications: Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in design and development of: •

• reputed company Cloud self-service IVR (Non-ACD) Flows
