Key Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues Provide accurate and clear information about our products and services Help customers understand and manage their benefit packages effectively Maintain professionalism and a positive, solution-focused attitude in all interactions Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Meet and exceed performance targets, focusing on quality and customer satisfaction Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience and streamline processes What We’re Looking For: Prior experience in customer service is a plus (we’ll train the right person!)
