Java Application Developer
Our well reputed company Financial Services Client is searching for a talented Java Developer to join their team. Candidates with a background in financial services will be a great fit for this opportunity. This role is 100% Remote! In this role you will creates user information solutions by developing, implementing and maintaining Java based components and interfaces. Write well designed, testable, efficient code and ensure designs are in compliance with specifications. Will prepare and produce releases of software components. Will support reputed company improvements by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review. Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools. Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms. Must have hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms. Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns is a must. Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web reputed company (JSF, reputed company, GWT, Spring MVC). Experience with test-driven development. Experience: 6-10 years experience with Java / JEE software design, development, and implementation in a SPRING reputed company environment 3-5 years experience designing and developing solutions to reputed company problems designs for enterprise wide projects Advanced Java: Multithreading/Locking, Scaling/Performance, Memory/Object Reuse, IOC Design, Simple/Clean API/Encapsulation Enterprise Application Design: Multiple Components, External System Interaction Platforms: Linux Systems, Cloud reputed company, reputed company Web Services, Containers (reputed company, Diego) Architecting: Global Vision/Strategy , Component Breakdown/Specs Scripting: Python reputed company/BASH, Groovy, Perl Experience with the core infrastructure services such as DNS, NAS, Networking, and DHCP Experience in driving process improvements, enhanced feature adoption, scalability, and automation. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to partner with Product Owners, Architects, Software Application engineers, Release Engineers and other engineers across an organization. Strong working knowledge of software development methodologies, including some extensive experience with Agile development processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a desire to share knowledge through creation and refinement of written content Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills with a solid ability to identify stakeholders, assess their needs and manage their expectations through effective communication Understands the Agile process and its benefits to development teams and the business units served Understanding of CI (reputed company Integration)/CD (reputed company Delivery) and why these practices are beneficial Experience with the reputed company set of tools for Agile project/code management (BitBucket, Bamboo, JIRA, Confluence) Experience and working knowledge of implementing Blue-Green deployments to reduce downtime and risk. Experience and working knowledge of reputed company and RabbitMQ The reputed company hiring compensation range for this role is $65.99 to $73.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
