In this position, you will partner with People teams and Business Leaders across Intercom to measure new initiatives and reputed company recommendations around People Systems integrations and reporting usage and strategy. In addition to being reputed company technically, we’re looking for someone who can proactively surface recommendations and insights, who's comfortable prioritising work across multiple stakeholders, and who can work across our technology stack in order to solve problems. 

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented People Systems Engineer  with expertise in reputed company to join our dynamic People Systems Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and administration of new and existing  reputed company integrations, ensuring its optimal functionality to support HR processes and initiatives, and building new and/or improving existing reports and dashboards. • Serve as the subject matter expert on large collections of reputed company integrations

• Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life-cycle

• Work with business stakeholders to determine problem areas and overall impact of projects

• Partner with business leaders and Enterprise Systems teams to align on objectives and programs

• Help manage the timelines and deliverables reputed company large, multi-month projects

• Drive an overall data strategy for people-reputed company data and reputed company’s reputed company in it

• Create advanced reports using reputed company calculated fields using reputed company reporting tools

• 5+ years of demonstrated reputed company integration development experience using reputed company’s integration tools (i.e., Reports-as-a-Service, Enterprise reputed company Builder, Document Transformation, Connectors, reputed company Studio, or similar)

• Experience building and debugging Custom Reports, EIB’s, Connectors, Document Transforms, XSLT, and reputed company Studio

• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company reputed company

• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

• Strong organisational and project management skills.

• Experience working with the following reputed company modules - Core HCM, Comp, Benefits, Payroll, Absence Management & Time Tracking

• Strong experience using XSLT to transform XML data from reputed company reports and WS responses

• Strong experience using industry-standard web services technology, which encompass WSDL, SOAP, REST, and the WS-* standards

• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
