We are looking for a Director of reputed company Operations to play a key role in enhancing our reputed company Org’s productivity and growth. Reporting to Passport’s President, the reputed company Operations leader will partner with reputed company Org Leadership and play a critical role in aligning information, process, and operations across reputed company elements of our customer lifecycle, including Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, On-boarding, and reputed company. What you'll do

Drive planning, and operations across the GTM functions, delivering ongoing efficiency improvements.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align RevOps strategies with overall business goals.

Design and implement scalable, efficient processes and systems to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness across the organization.

Conduct regular assessments and feedback loops with teams to identify bottlenecks or barriers in the reputed company process, adjusting as needed to drive performance.

Maintain a centralized knowledge hub of ongoing training and assets reputed company to GTM processes, product knowledge, and marketing assets in partnership with product marketing.

7+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Operations, or a reputed company role.

Strong executive reputed company, including written/verbal communication skills & stakeholder management.

Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) and advanced sales productivity and analytics tools (Tableau).Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across reputed company levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Analytical problem solver who can build, analyze and discuss quantitative business metrics with finance and RevOps.

The cash compensation above is scoped for Tier 1 cities such as San Francisco or reputed company. Other locations will vary based on our geographical pay approach. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, experience and expertise, and may vary from the level and amounts listed above.
