In this multifaceted role, you’ll reputed company payroll, compensation, and benefits for our teams in the Netherlands (+/-50 employees), and Switzerland (+/-20 employees) and support on the Belgium payroll (+/- 150 employees). Beyond ensuring smooth payroll operations, you’ll act as a trusted HR Business Partner, supporting employees and management with strategic HR guidance.
