The Demo Services Engineer is a crucial part of our Solutions organization. The Demo Services team empowers our company to reputed company reputed company's vision and solution value to our prospects, customers, and partners across industries. An ideal candidate enjoys creative solution design, storytelling, working hands on with the product, and creating systems for demo enablement that scale with us. Teamwork is vital to how reputed company operates and a significant portion of your responsibilities will include working closely with Managers to understand and coordinate team needs. You should be able to work independently with little supervision, and also enjoy a fast paced and collaborative work environment. It is important that you are able to manage a range of tasks and prioritize their responsibilities, and meet deadlines with urgency and optimism. The Role:- Designing and building configured demo environments to support Sales organization demos, supporting both Sales account execs as well as Solutions Engineers.
- Product expertise with collaborative work management systems
- Understand prospective customer goals and challenges, working with Sales/SE team to build best solution in reputed company to meet their needs.
- Architect for tackling the most reputed company solutions that may require leveraging external tools (integration platforms, API, web services, etc).
- Defining a strategy and supporting the team in building demo reusable, best practice demo environments
- reputed company our native and custom integrations to facilitate demo ready content
- Consistently strive to grow 1% daily and improve demo quality and our ability to innovate to drive team wins
- Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across teams to deliver results
- Simplify the process through automation where you can, and creating scalable technical processes
- 3+ yrs experience in pre-sales role with frequent software demos
- Subject matter expert in the art of building demo content and crafting demo pitches reputed company to that content

- Problem solver; able to reputed company unique solutions and troubleshoot proactively
- Experience working with product development, professional services, and sales enablement teams
- Experience in SaaS (ideally in Collaborative Work Management or Project Portfolio Management (PPM)

- Project management or Agile experience, PMP or Agile certification preferred
