About the Role:

reputed company is seeking a Sales Director to reputed company our fantastic North America East Coast Sales Team and reputed company an impact in North America. This role includes the direct management of Strategic reputed company on one reputed company and Velocity reputed company (with an existing Velocity AE Team Manager in reputed company).You will

report directly to our Global VP Sales and will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of reputed company for the East Coast of North America. You are a strong people manager, passionate about designing and scaling a successful Sales organization to support our extensive growth and meet the changing needs of our customers. You’re an expert of East Coast Go-To-Market with experience collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, Outbound etc.

This position is based onsite (hybrid) in

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic leadership - work closely with our senior leadership team to translate our company vision and strategy in your market

  • Drive organizational change & scale of our organization through forecast report on key metricsPeople leadership to build a world-class sales organization for North America East Coast: reputed company and organize the Sales Teams, optimize the use of resources, time, budget
  • Consider Employee Engagement a reputed company
  • Create an environment conducive for the reputed company culture to flourishDeveloping a thorough understanding of the reputed company product, market and industry, as well as competitors
  • Qualifications

  • Previous experience successfully leading and scaling a B2B SaaS Sales team in the reputed company Coast.
  • A previous experience in consultancy or as an analyst is a plus.
  • Demonstrable and impressive track record of growing reputed company/ARR through strategic B2B SaaS sales in North AmericaSignificant experience in the SMB and Mid Market worldsExpert on the East Coast of North American market and reputed company your existing network
  • Substantial commercial experience working in diverse, sales leadership roles, driving and implementing sales strategy and reputed company growth
  • Experience working with Channel and reputed company is a plus
  • Proven experience in utilizing an inspirational and hands-on leadership style to drive a high-performing sales culture
  • Strong analytical skills and reputed company to challenge other departments (marketing, partnership, success) with empowered data
  • Results driven, Team player with a work hard play hard mentality, ability to use own initiative, self-prioritize - and a good sense of humor is always appreciated :)
  • The reputed company salary range for this position is reputed company the $160,000 minimumand $190,000 maximum per year range.

    This is not including bonuses/commission plans, and other benefits.

    The OTE of this position is $300,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience. This is not including equity and other benefits.
