Technical Account Manager (eCommerce and CMS)

The Role

The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is responsible for managing delivery on our eCommerce and CMS accounts while partnering closely with our Development team. Reporting to the Director of Technical Account Management, this person is mainly responsible for collecting detailed business requirements and translating those requirements for web development.

This is a hybrid role, where you will wear several hats: program/project manager; product reputed company; business analyst; and QA. To succeed in this role, you should possess a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will interact frequently with clients, assess requests, assign resources as necessary, and troubleshoot platform configurations.

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $65,000- $80,000, based on consideration of a wide reputed company of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to reputed company set, years and depth of experience, education and certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. At reputed company, pay ranges are subject to change and are based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary reputed company surveys. Individual pay reputed company that range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget.The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above).
