This Manager role lives reputed company the customer engagement arm of reputed company Implementation Services and is a key member of the Implementation Services (IS) team. This highly visible role helps is critical to the success of the project managers and existing / new customers as they transform their Customer Request Management experience.
As the Manager, Implementation Services you’ll be an expert on managing Implementation Teams and Projects. The right candidate for this role is excited about, and has experience in, leading people. Demonstrated experience managing teams and working cross-functionally with a diverse group of stakeholders. Moreover, strong candidates will possess the ability to aggressively prioritize competing requirements and establish a path reputed company that is fit-for- purpose for the program’s reputed company and future needs.
The Manager of the Services Team will collaborate daily with their direct reports, project managers and trainers to ensure the customer is provided with an implementation best suited for them.
