Scribd is a global company of 300+ employees and growing rapidly. We are looking for a HR Business Partner to strategically partner with managers and support the execution of key HR programs and initiatives. As a trusted partner, you will anticipate business needs, build strong relationships, and provide insights and solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.   • You have 4-6+ years of relevant HR Generalist/Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • You are able to think like a consultant, communicate like a coach and advise both managers and individual contributors across the entire organization.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence at reputed company levels of the organization.
  • You are tenacious and refuse to stop at anything less than exceptional.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, adapting to changing business needs.

Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. San Francisco is our highest geographic market in the United States.

    In the state of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $89,000 [minimum salary in our lowest geographic market reputed company California] to $143,000 [maximum salary in our highest geographic market reputed company California].

    In the United States, reputed company of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $73,000 [minimum salary in our lowest US geographic market reputed company of California] to $136,000 [maximum salary in our highest US geographic market reputed company of California].
