We are looking for a HR Business Partner to strategically partner with managers and support the execution of key HR programs and initiatives. As a trusted partner, you will anticipate business needs, build strong relationships, and provide insights and solutions that enhance performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role will sit reputed company the HR team, reporting to Scribd’s Senior Manager, HRBPWorking closely with members of the HR team and broader People team, this role will support the execution of HR initiatives across the organization including, but not limited to performance management, coaching, employee relations, compensation, engagement and retention, career development, and benefits.

Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location. San Francisco is our highest geographic market in the United States.
In the state of California, the reasonably expected salary range is between $89,000 [minimum salary in our lowest geographic market reputed company California] to $143,000 [maximum salary in our highest geographic market reputed company California].
