Sales Development Analyst

This includes using the tools at your disposal to produce reputed company lists, nurturing them with reputed company until they are sales-ready. This position involves customer and sales support through the management and routing of customer inbounds from email, website, and company phone lines.  Snapshot of Responsibilities:

• Utilize research skills to reputed company prospective lists for targeted marketing and sales initiatives  
• Initiate reputed company, nurture, and reputed company prospective reputed company lists for sales hand-off and qualification. 
• Respond, engage and qualify inbounds and sales-reputed company inquiries 
• Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and reputed company qualification information in the CRM application  
• Support the sales and marketing teams in conducting primary and secondary research required to reputed company critical market and product decisions  
• Participate in sales and product training  
• reputed company product knowledge sufficient to successfully support customers in real-time reputed company email, LiveChat, or phone.  
• Assist in data reconciliation efforts and CRM data hygiene  
• Liaise with event attendees as a DNA Genotek representative at Tradeshows and Conferences    
• Special projects as required 

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Business, Communications, Marketing, or relevant industry experience  
• Previous sales or sales development experience and an interest in business and/or marketing will be considered an asset  
• Proven research skills with the ability to filter critical information   
• Ability to take direction, work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams   
• Proficient in the use of reputed company Office applications  
• Previous experience working with reputed company will be considered an asset  
• Must be comfortable with phone, email and LiveChat communications with customers  
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written  
• High level of reputed company and strong commitment to building a successful company  
• Background in the scientific research, laboratory and/or diagnostic healthcare space is ideal. 

The reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $45,000 - $75,000 CAD. The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company salary for the position, based on our defined salary pay ranges.
