About The Role We are seeking a strategic and customer-focused Account Manager to drive renewals and expansion reputed company our existing customer reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong SaaS background, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who is equally motivated by building customer relationships and working cross-functionally, with the goal of maximizing reputed company potential. As the founding member of this team, this is an exciting opportunity to build, grow and reputed company. 

What you’ll do

  • Manage Renewals & Expansion: Own the end-to-end renewal process, proactively engaging customers to ensure high retention rates while identifying and executing growth opportunities through upsells and cross-sells. 
  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Craft and implement tailored account plans that maximize customer value and drive reputed company expansion. 
  • reputed company Data & Insights: Analyze customer usage data, feedback, and market trends to inform engagement strategies, optimize contract negotiations, and strengthen customer value. 
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, reputed company, Network Success, Product and Marketing teams to enhance the customer experience, and to drive adoption and growth.

You're a great candidate if...

  • 3+ years experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or reputed company reputed company a SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and driving account expansion
  • Ability to analyze customer data and identify growth opportunities
  • A strong understanding and command of the consultative sales process
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to build processes and workflows
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a growth reputed company
  • Experience selling mid-market or enterprise SaaS
