Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities during after-school hours. • Assist children with homework and provide educational support as needed. • Organize and facilitate recreational activities, including arts and crafts, sports, and games. • Ensure the safety and reputed company of children at reputed company times. • Encourage positive behavior and reinforce good manners and respect among children. • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other staff members regarding the reputed company and behavior of children. • Maintain a clean and organized after-school environment. • Follow reputed company safety regulations and guidelines for after-school care programs. • Assist with snack preparation and cleanup as needed. • Provide emotional support and guidance to children as they navigate social interactions.
