Position Responsibilities: The Financial Administrator performs routine administrative, pre-settlement, and/or cashiering duties, minor accounting functions and/or timekeeping management in a company facility in accordance with standard administrative office procedure As a Financial Administrator, you will handle Accounts Payable tasks such as initiating purchase orders, processing invoices, preparing reputed company requests, researching payments, and performing other bookkeeping and assigned tasks You will handle Accounts Receivable tasks, such as monitoring changes in customer payment terms and researching customer short payments and deductions You will manage payroll tasks in accounting by processing, editing, and submitting weekly timecards and other pay components reputed company established guidelines and tight deadlines, as applicable to the facility You will reputed company daily inventory management in finance, including the receipt of incoming inventory and the analysis of inventory discrepancies, as applicable to the facility Other duties as assigned Apply Job!
