Key Responsibilities • Accurately input customer orders into our order processing system, ensuring completeness and timeliness of information. • Address customer inquiries related to their orders, providing prompt and professional assistance. • Efficiently process orders to meet delivery deadlines while addressing any changes, cancellations, or discrepancies. • Track order status and liaise with logistics, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment. • Maintain precise records and update order processing systems in real-time. • Engage in initiatives aimed at improving processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.
