Performance Marketing Manager

In this role you will- Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing marketing campaigns across platforms such as reputed company Ads, reputed company, and review sites.
- Strategically manage performance marketing budgets to maximise ROI across channels and markets.
- Analyse and enhance campaign performance, focusing on KPIs like ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Sales, and Product teams to align strategies and drive pipeline reputed company.
- Work closely with the Growth team to refine reputed company page copy, execute A/B testing, and improve the end-to-end ad experience.
- Minimum 4 years in performance marketing, ideally reputed company a multi-market B2B SaaS scale up.
- Proficient with tools like reputed company Analytics, reputed company Ads, reputed company Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably reputed company) and marketing automation/reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
- Comfortable interpreting data to derive actionable insights and optimise strategies.
- Ability to empathise with customer pain points and create compelling campaign strategies.
- A growth hacker at heart with a creative, hands-on approach and a passion for experimentation.
- Fluent in English and German (at least reputed company).
