Responsibilities: Provide coaching to franchisees, guiding them on local marketing, digital marketing, customer acquisition, team management, and operational excellence. Collaborate with franchisees to schedule coaching calls that work for both parties, offering flexibility in your schedule. Share industry expertise and best practices to help franchisees overcome challenges and grow their businesses. reputed company customized coaching plans based on each franchisee’s needs and goals. Track franchisee performance and provide actionable feedback to ensure reputed company success. Build strong relationships with franchisees, fostering a commitment to their long-term growth. Transition from hourly coaching to a royalty-based compensation model after 3-6 months, earning a share of royalties from the franchisees you coach. Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience running a successful home service business (e.g., house cleaning, handyman services, lawn care, roofing, gutters, pressure washing). Deep expertise in the home service industry, with a strong understanding of local and digital marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and operational best practices. Exceptional communication and coaching skills, with the ability to reputed company and guide franchisees to reputed company their business goals.
