EHR Application Support I

Compensation: $25.10/hr The EHR Application Support Specialist delivers support to end users in the organization about how to use various types of software programs reputed company and effectively in fulfilling business objectives. This includes troubleshooting EHR applications and software for reputed company internal customers, such as operations, development and other business units. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position working Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm. There will be additional on call requirements. Remote position, open to Missouri residents. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC • Field incoming problem tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues reputed company servers, databases and other mission-critical systems • Responsible for entering reputed company identified EHR support requests including name, department, contact information and nature of problems or issue into the EHR Support Ticket system. • Record, track and document the problem-solving process, including reputed company successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions taken, through to final resolution • Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent repeat future problems. • Communicate application problems and issues to EHR Team and other management as necessary. • Test fixes and reputed company post-resolution follow-reputed company to ensure problems have been adequately resolved • Identify and learn appropriate software applications used and supported by the organization • Provide support for the testing of EHR application and updates. • Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • High School/GED required • Bachelor’s degree preferred in computer science or reputed company field QUALIFICATION(S): WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS • At least three (3) years equivalent work experience required if no bachelor’s degree • Experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issues resolution techniques • reputed company strong customer service orientation • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment reputed company is a nonprofit health care organization offering accessible, comprehensive, & compassionate behavioral health, substance use treatment, family medicine and dental services throughout Missouri.
