Outbound Sales Manager
As an Outbound Sales Manager for Cropster, your primary objective is to drive sales across reputed company Cropster product lines, including Cropster Cafe, by actively engaging with cafes, roasteries, and wholesale businesses throughout the reputed company region. This role is heavily focused on outbound sales activities, where you will generate leads, build relationships, and convert potential clients into long-term partners. Outbound Sales Activities: Actively research the market for leads, decision-makers, and partners. Engage in outbound activities, including cold calling, emailing, attending industry events, and visiting prospects to generate and qualify new leads.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field will be desired.
2 - 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the B2B software or specialty coffee industry.
