What you will do:Lead new integrations from concept through implementation (supporting tasks aligned with the current product roadmap). Develop technical documentation from scratch for new features and updates to existing ones. Maintain and update current technical documentation for products and systems. Support client systems in defining integration requirements for the product. Build a knowledge base for the product's events library (product event model) at both system and company levels. Future support for the Sales Team in gathering external client requirements for product customization (the product is currently internal, with plans for a global launch).
Qualifications and experience needed: Minimum of 3 years of experience on IT projects in a systems/business analyst role with a focus on backend development. Proven experience in writing technical and project documentation, including BRD, SRS, API Specifications, and Admin Guides. Experience formalizing functional requirements using techniques such as functional decomposition, use cases and scenarios, user stories, and state modeling. Proficiency in UML notation for modeling functional requirements (behavioral diagrams: activity, sequence, state, use case; structural diagrams: component, deployment). Strong understanding of and experience with data protocols, particularly REST over HTTP and SMPP. Experience in managing the full requirements lifecycle: prioritization, agreement, and ongoing maintenance. Systems thinking. Client-oriented approach to supporting internal client systems.
