We're looking for a Product Owner to join our R&D team in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a pivotal role in our product team as we scale, reporting directly to our Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO). What You'll Do

Lead & Inspire – Conduct workshops and discussions with customers and business stakeholders to shape product requirements. Define & Prioritize – Translate business needs into crystal-clear user stories, feature specs, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate – Work hand-in-hand with UI/UX designers and engineers to bring innovative features to life. Drive Execution – Own the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business impact. Be the Customer's Voice – Advocate for user needs and ensure what we build truly adds value. ✅ Ensure Quality – Oversee user acceptance testing, ensuring high-quality deliveries. Demo Like a Pro – Lead product demos for internal teams and Sales to showcase the product's power. Research & Strategize – Partner with the CEO & CPTO to refine the product vision, roadmap, and competitive strategy. Become the Expert – Train and support internal teams, ensuring our product knowledge is second to none.

What We're Looking For

✔ Agile Champion – Experienced in Scrum or Kanban, comfortable managing high-velocity product development. ✔ Master Prioritizer – Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities. ✔ Strategic Thinker & Tactical Doer – Seamlessly switch between high-level product vision and day-to-day execution. ✔ SaaS Expert – Strong background in defining both functional and non-functional requirements. ✔ Quality-Obsessed – Experienced in acceptance testing and ensuring top-tier product releases. ✔ Sales & Marketing Savvy (a plus!) – Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development is a bonus. ✔ Problem Solver & Influencer – Thrive in ambiguity, build relationships, and drive consensus to move things forward.
