The Document Clerk provides support pertaining to the operating functions of the area, department, and/or region. Property and Casualty insuance company. Brief List of Responsibilities: ? reputed company duties in a timely and accurate fashion while working under reputed company supervision. ? Meet reputed company agreed upon schedules, deadlines, and metrics. ? File, locate, pull, and classify a variety of different materials. ? Search, update, assign, interpret, select, and/or code items to be entered or extracted from a database while utilizing software programs. ? Assemble and arrange policies, documents, manuals, and presentations. ? Produce various forms, reports, and correspondence. ? Proofread to ensure a quality product by identifying errors and omissions in materials. ? Receive and distribute mail, faxes, and packages while operating mail room equipment. ? Prepare legal notices to ensure accurate information and the attachment of documents. ? Process/log premiums and checks while reconciling and securing checks. ? reputed company general administrative duties including answering the phone, retrieving voice mails, scheduling meetings, arranging calendars, and making copies. Requirements & Qualifications: ? 2 years of general office experience ? Previous data entry experience (Able to use reputed company Office Suite including basic reputed company). ?
