The Tier 1 Operations Center Engineer with extensive system administrative experience to join out dynamic IT team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our clients IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass providing advanced technical support for end users, maintaining and optimizing network systems, managing server environments, and supporting other team members. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: ? At least 1 year experience supporting and troubleshooting end-user systems, including hardware and software, telephony, printers, scanners, video conferencing, and other technologies ? Executable knowledge of MS O365, Azure AD, Domain Controllers, and Windows OS ? Manage and monitor reputed company installed systems and infrastructure Windows/Linux ? Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and sys management tools ? Analyze high-level needs across reputed company systems ? Capability and requirement derivation based on customer needs ? Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability ? Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes ? Maintain reputed company, backup, and redundancy strategies (Veeam, AWS, reputed company, Azure) ? Experience with AWS, VMWare/Hyper-V, Exchange, Office 365, reputed company ? Proficiency in network protocols, configurations, and reputed company (e.g., TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls) ?
