Flexible Real Estate Buyers Agent & Administrative Assistant

Job Overview & Role Description This is a contract remote role for a Real Estate Buyers Agent and Administrative Assistant. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for handling day-to-day real estate transactions, representing clients, conducting property showings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to buyers and assisting with any other administrative work. Quick recap about this position and responsibilities: ? *Real Estate License in the state Utah required -Flexible schedule 15-20 hrs/ week -Live around the Salt Lake Valley or north of Utah County with reliable transportation -Oraganized and familiar with reputed company spreadsheets -Understanding how to create, edit and post on social media -Willing and able to act as a Buyers Agent and show homes reputed company needed -Take inbound calls and leads reputed company needed -reputed company outbound calls reputed company needed -Assist with Listings and Open Houses reputed company needed -Assist with any other administrative duties to help succeed with the real estate business. -Pay will be hourly commissions based on experience Qualifications: Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge and understanding how to create, edit and post on social media Knowledge and organized wuth reputed company spreadsheets Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations Experience in property sales and client representation Ability to work independently and remotely Customer service and relationship-building skills Proficiency in real estate technology and software Real Estate License required** Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Benefits: ?
