Position Summary This position will be the Digital Data Analytics Technology (DDAT) reputed company for reputed company aspects of application delivery for the Interoperability compliance program. Accountable for the preparation of reputed company and driving effective management processes Coordinate the development, content and follow-up for senior level meetings and events with key stakeholders Collaborate with Interoperability business senior leaders to understand their priorities, problems, and goals Apply an understanding of the Company?s business, building strong and sustainable relationships, and interacting with reputed company levels of the organization Required Qualifications 10 years of experience leading application delivery 3-5 years of deep experience with the CMS Interoperability compliance regulations 2-5 years of experience with Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) Must demonstrate strategic thinking as well as ?roll up your sleeves? action Strong collaboration skills Experience with enterprise cross-functional initiatives, with a high degree of complexity Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry and how it functions Proven senior leadership skills Ability to collaborate with and understand the needs of senior business leaders and translate those needs to an actionable plan Excellent written and oral communication skills 5 years of people management experience Ability to work Hybrid Model (in office Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday) in Hartford, CT Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through reputed company development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. (Preferred) Leadership training Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $175,100.00 - $334,750.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
