Plan and attend partner careers fairs, reputed company and flight line visits, and in-person and virtual interview prep , ? Present the Aviate program, United initiatives, core4 values, and the United brand to large audiences , ? Educate potential candidates and reputed company participants on the Aviate Program and the reputed company to reputed company the United Flight Deck through Aviate , ? Analyze assigned Aviate partner data and strategize with team members to increase interest and applications to the Aviate program , ? Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, highly team-oriented environment , ? Strong communication and ability to build relationships with reputed company levels of personnel required , ? Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, reputed company, Outlook, Internet Explorer and databases , ? Strong knowledge of social media and demonstrated usage of tools such as reputed company , ? Demonstrated good judgment and confidentiality , ? Excellent time management, follow-through and organizational skills , ? Ability to handle multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy and ability to delegate work as needed , ?
