Order Builder (Loader)

About the position ABARTA Coca-Cola Beverages is actively seeking enthusiastic team players to join our Reading Warehouse Team as Order Builders. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers' stores are fully stocked with Coca-Cola products, contributing to our mission of Quenching the Thirst of Our Neighbors. As an Order Builder, you will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, responsible for pulling orders based on pick tickets and accurately building orders for loading onto delivery trucks. You will utilize industrial power equipment to build orders according to assigned load tickets, ensuring that all products are handled with care and adhere to good manufacturing practices and safety standards. In this position, you will manually lift and move products to restock and repack, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation. Meeting productivity requirements is crucial, and you will stage completed pallets in designated areas for efficient loading. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at noon, with a competitive pay rate beginning at $18 per hour, based on experience. Additionally, new associates will receive $125 for safety shoes on their first day, and uniforms will be provided. Requirements • High School diploma or GED required. , • Minimum 6 months of general work experience. , • Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred. , • Prior warehouse experience preferred. , • Must be able to repetitively lift up to 50lbs.
