Provide real-time support for customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve escalated issues. Stay up-to-date with Southwest Airlines policies, products, and services. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or support role (preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using computer systems and customer service tools. Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment. Must be able to work in varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
