Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Associates to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing quick and effective resolutions. Assist customers with order tracking, returns, refunds, and product inquiries. Document and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary. What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using computers and navigating web-based tools. High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required—our comprehensive training program will set you up for success. Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
