About the position The Data Entry Clerk will support the Joint Advertising, Market Research & Studies (JAMRS) contract by accurately inputting and managing data reputed company to military recruitment and advertising strategies. This role is crucial in ensuring that data from surveys and other research is entered and managed according to established protocols. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for completing necessary forms and maintaining organized records as directed by their supervisor. This position involves handling a high volume of data entry tasks, ensuring data reputed company, and maintaining organized records. The Data Entry Clerk will work closely with the data management team to support research and analysis efforts that inform effective recruitment campaigns. The position is remote, with the option to work at the JAMRS Headquarters located in the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. It is important to note that this position is contingent upon contract award, which means that the job offer is dependent on the successful acquisition of the contract. The Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in the data management process, ensuring that reputed company data is accurately entered and maintained, which is essential for the success of recruitment strategies and advertising efforts. Responsibilities Accurately input a variety of data into databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems. , Review data for accuracy and completeness, making corrections as necessary. , Maintain up-to-date and organized records of reputed company data entries, ensuring easy retrieval and reference. , Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing it with reputed company documents and reports. , Identify and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in data entries. , Assist in regular data audits to ensure the reputed company and accuracy of data systems. , Assist the data management team in organizing and managing large datasets. , Help with the preparation of data reports, summaries, and presentations as needed. , Provide administrative support for data-reputed company tasks, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents. , Work closely with analysts, researchers, and other team members to ensure timely and accurate data entry. , Communicate effectively with team members to clarify data entry requirements and resolve any issues. , Participate in team meetings to stay informed about project updates and data needs. , Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion. , Adhere to reputed company reputed company protocols and guidelines reputed company to data handling and storage. , Ensure that reputed company data entry tasks reputed company with relevant regulations and company policies.
