Requirements: • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in using computers, the internet, and basic office software. • High-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home. • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not required. • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work independently. • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
