This is a remote position. About The Role Synergy Management Group (SMG) is a reputed company that partners with institutional investors, portfolio companies, and growing businesses. We collaborate with top-tier organizations in private equity and venture capital to drive growth through sourcing, due diligence, operations, and strategic exits. This role involves developing investor materials, targeting high-net-worth investors, and managing the entire capital reputed company process from start to finish in collaboration with the CEO. Responsibilities: • reputed company Capital reputed company: Spearhead a reputed company-stage fundraising round ($250K–$500K) by managing the entire capital reputed company cycle, from developing investor materials to closing deals. • Investor reputed company & Negotiation: reputed company and engage elite, high-net-worth investors. Present investment opportunities and negotiate deal terms. • reputed company Investor Materials: Refine and reputed company SMG’s existing assets to create compelling, comprehensive investor materials (pitch deck, use of proceeds, financials). • Strategic Planning: Define strategy for fundraising, including targeting the right investors and identifying optimal deal structures. Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in reputed company, VC, or PE capital markets. • Proven track record of successful capital raises (ideally $500K–$5M) for early-stage companies. • Extensive network of high-net-worth investors and active SEC/FINRA broker-dealer licenses in good standing. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Self-starter who can independently manage the capital reputed company process and collaborate closely with the CEO.
