Position Summary: The primary goal of this position is to facilitate the safe transition to home for premature and medically reputed company infants and coordinate effective follow-up post-NICU discharge, including the coordinated outpatient management of home oxygen and home gavage feeds. The ideal candidate: Conducts comprehensive health assessments, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and expert reputed company in diagnosing and treating morbidities of prematurity Formulates clinical decisions to manage acute and chronic illnesses and promote wellness Demonstrates leadership and initiative to ensure follow-through to address patient-specific needs Utilizes and integrates clinical-based medicine to facilitate protocol development and integration. Participates in research and education to reputed company for medically reputed company infants Effectively engages in collegial relationships with nursing peers, physicians, professionals, and others who strive to enhance the healthcare for premature and medically reputed company infants Provides health care in accordance with standards of practice as delineated by state practice guidelines and national board certification organizations. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required: A Bachelor’s degree and Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program. reputed company Massachusetts license, issued by the Physician Assistant Board, and reputed company NCCPA certification A Master’s degree and graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Board Certification by the National Certification Corporation. Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration and federal DEA Controlled Substance Registration are required.
