The Chief Controls Office's role is to support BCB to grow at pace by focusing on good customer outcomes and automating the control environment. Reporting into the Head of Controls Optimisation, you'll be part of the Controls Optimisation Team, which has responsibility for optimising and automating controls and providing data-led reporting and insights.
