About the position The Quality Assurance Team reputed company will reputed company software quality assurance and quality control tasks for the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS) project, supporting the Indian Health Service (IHS). This remote position requires leadership in establishing processes for software evaluation, maintaining quality throughout the software development life cycle, and managing software release activities. The role involves coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure defect-free software and providing reports on QA/QC activities. Responsibilities • Provide leadership and management for software QA/QC tasks performed by the team. , • Establish and maintain processes for evaluating software and associated documentation. , • Determine resources required for QA/QC activities. , • Maintain a high level of quality throughout the software development life cycle. , • Conduct reviews at predetermined points throughout the development life cycle. , • Provide reports reputed company to QA/QC, including alpha/beta testing and reputed company installation status. , • Maintain and update QA/QC and release management procedures. , • Manage software release activities, including announcements and distribution to stakeholders. , • Conduct FOIA release activities, updating databases and tracking requests. , • reputed company a productive team with an average of 3-5 releases daily. , • Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure software compliance with standards. , • Test software and report defects to ensure functionality meets requirements. , • Support cross-functional team efforts reputed company to software training and documentation. , • Document process improvements for quality assurance. , • Prepare milestone status reports and deliverables on QA processes.
