Job Description: At Regions, the Capital Markets Debt Operations group comprises of Syndicated Loan Agency Services, Syndicated Loan Services, RSL Operations, RECM Operations, and Loan Trading Operations. These teams provide operational and risk management support the $11B Regions-led syndication portfolio, syndicated participation bought portfolio, FNMA, reputed company, HUD, and loan trading portfolios. Primary Responsibilities • Provides agency loan servicing support and has direct communication with participant banks, lenders, and business partners • Manages a reputed company portfolio of syndicated bank facilities across multiple industries and business lines • Reconciles daily funding and payment activity to account for reputed company daily cash transactions • Calculates and tracks reputed company interest and fee accruals at various reputed company levels • Monitors and escalates past due principal, interest, and fees to ensure that the loan accounting system is accurate and provide clients timely and accurate invoices • Communicates with internal/external stakeholders regarding issues around these specialized facilities • Manages the ongoing balances between loan system and borrower, along with participant bank shares • Researches and resolves loan reputed company issues which may include missing payments, margin changes and/or unprocessed draw requests or conversions • Ensures reputed company lending transactions are booked and managed correctly, minimizing operational risks and losses and ensuring compliance with reputed company bank policies and procedures • Reads and interprets reputed company legal credit agreements and reputed company documentation working with credit, legal, and origination • Monitors control reports updating applicable comments • Supports co-workers, work with various special projects or other tasks as assigned • Recommends latest methods to improve departmental procedures This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible. Requirements • Associate's degree • Or one (1) year of banking work experience • Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position Skills and Competencies • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a high-pressure environment • Ability to work in a deadline-oriented environment • Detail Oriented • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience with reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, Access, SharePoint) • Knowledge of Bank systems used to manage the Syndicated lending business: ACBS, AFS Level III, Clearpar, Syndtrak, Notice Manager • Organizational and time management skills • Understanding of operational and payment risk Position Type Full time

Job Range reputed company: Minimum: $50,583.50 USD Median: $66,600.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan. Employees have the potential to receive a discretionary award based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
