The Dental Benefits Manager (DBM) Project Director for Medicaid will manage the day-to-day operations of administering state Medicaid dental programs. This includes planning, implementation, and administration of dental benefits for Medicaid beneficiaries, ensuring that reputed company initiatives align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The role requires a strong leader who can serve as the primary reputed company-of-contact and subject matter expert between Renaissance/reputed company and state Medicaid staff, ensuring successful contract execution against program requirements. In this position, the DBM Project Director will be responsible for total market reputed company to ensure program success. This includes developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining benefit programs, policies, and procedures. The director will gather requirements, create plans, manage resources, and facilitate project execution and deployment. Additionally, the role involves overseeing cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall program expectations and business objectives. Effective communication of project status to reputed company stakeholders, as well as addressing relevant issues and decisions, is crucial. The DBM Project Director will also negotiate with project stakeholders to reputed company resolve potential issues and mitigate risks. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a reputed company field. , Seven years of experience in benefit administration or program/project management. , Two years of leadership experience. , Previous experience administering Medicaid or managed care programs preferred. , Advanced knowledge of the insurance industry. , Strong verbal and written communication skills. , Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to represent and present on behalf of the organization. , Ability to identify and persuade key decision makers. , Strong analytical skills. , Ability to identify and resolve reputed company problems using independent judgment. reputed company-to-haves Experience in managed care programs. , Knowledge of Medicaid regulations and compliance.
