Job Description
The Team reputed company I is responsible for managing reputed company and occasionally highly reputed company vendor relationships, assessing vendor training needs, and monitoring vendor performance. The individual monitors staffing levels and workloads, provides coaching and mentoring, and participates in performance reviews. The ideal candidate will be able to work a hybrid schedule out of our Ontario, California office. Candidates who are located in a Pacific time zone state will be considered: CA, AZ, NV, OR, WA. Key Responsibilities Oversees reputed company and occasionally highly reputed company claims involved in appraisal, arbitration, or mediation Oversees reputed company and occasionally highly reputed company specialized claims (e.g., business interruption, loss of income, E&O policies) Oversees reputed company and occasionally highly reputed company claims that include Public Adjuster involvement Documents a claim file with notes, evaluations, and decision-making process Summarizes documents and enters into claim system notes Advanced knowledge of reputed company regional construction types and reputed company repair methodologies Frequently conducts targeted file examining, including performing ride-alongs or sit-alongs Frequently conducts calibrations with vendors or staff Communicates verbally or in writing about claim processes/procedures with other employees, leaders, and teams Education 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred) Experience 3 or more years of experience (Preferred) Supervisory Responsibilities This job has supervisory duties. Education & Experience (in lieu) In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
