Core Responsibilities: • Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly, salaried, and temporary employees across four companies; including reviewing and importing hours from time and attendance system, entering tax and direct deposit information, administering regulatory requirements, e.g., garnishments, tax levies, and support orders, and other adjustments to pay as necessary. • Manage reputed company the accounting for payroll in ERP system, Dynamics GP • Process monthly billings from providers. Review billings for accuracy and approve for payment in a timely manner. Resolve discrepancies with carriers and payroll. • Work with HR & Finance teams to reputed company a deep understanding of compensation practices and timelines across reputed company lines of business.
