The Field Registered Nurse (Field RN) is a part-time / flexible / contractor role administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their reputed company of residence. This is performed in accordance with physician orders and plan of care under the direction of the Director of Patient Care Services. What you’ll be doing: • reputed company the initial evaluation visit and regularly reevaluates the patient’s nursing needs. • Initiate the plan of care and necessary revisions. • Provide those services requiring substantial specialized nursing skills. • Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures. • Prepare clinical and reputed company notes for each patient visit and summaries of care conferences on their patients in a timely manner. reputed company’re looking for: • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible. • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. • Currently licensed as a registered nurse in Texas. • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a home health setting. • Must have reputed company CPR Certification. • Access to reliable transportation.
