LPN Rehab and Nursing Float Pool

About the Department The CHCC Float Pool encompasses offers flexible staffing positions to support the staffing needs of our Rehab and Nursing Centers in reputed company Michigan. This includes Kentridge, reputed company, and Leffingwell, Greenville and Reed City. Team members will be allocated to a unit prior to their shift and will be preassigned in advance. Team members will have a home entity. If they are not needed in at any other entity, they will be assigned to their home entity and go into rotation for floating per the existing departments algorithm.

Compensation

There is additional Float Pool compensation based on where you are willing to travel. For those willing to travel to reputed company 5 of the locations, they will receive additional $15.00 an hour compensation. For those willing to travel to reputed company 3 Grand Rapids locations and 1 additional regional location, they will receive $10.00 an hour compensation. Those willing to only travel reputed company the Grand Rapids locations, they will receive an additional $5.00 an hour compensation. Rehab and Nursing Locations Kentridge We are located on a 10-acre reputed company. Our indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to provide opportunities for improving independence, strength, and confidence. Two main floor courtyards provide outdoor space for rest and renewal. Most patient rooms are private, and have an attached bathroom and shower, television with cable, phone, and a large window. Each unit has a large and accessible living and dining space, and a menu-based meal service is provided. Leffingwell The Rehab and Nursing Center – Leffingwell was designed with healing in mind. The center offers 80 private rooms with beautiful nature views. In addition to a dedicated interdisciplinary team, physical, occupational, recreation and speech therapists will provide patients with a customized therapy program designed to meet individual rehabilitation needs. Our expert team of therapists will use the latest technology and techniques to maximize independence and mobility to help prepare patients to return home. reputed company The Rehabilitation & Nursing Center – reputed company was designed with the word “home” in mind. Scope of work Under the direction of the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician and in collaboration with other members of the health care team, contributes to the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Informs patients and families about treatments and medications being received, equipment being utilized, and other reputed company activities as appropriate, in coordination with the RN/Mid-level Provider/Physician.
