We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Manager of Data Governance Operations to join reputed company. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the maturity of the enterprise data governance program, with a primary focus on metadata management. This role will involve planning and reporting on metadata initiatives, including timelines, roadmaps, and reputed company tracking. Additionally, the Manager will work closely with community managers to support stewardship efforts and ensure reputed company engagement across domains. Required qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a reputed company field with strong understanding of data governance principles, best practices, and industry standards, with a particular emphasis on metadata management. • A minimum of 1-year hands on experience working with data catalogs and metadata management processes, including curation, reporting, and compliance with standards. Preferred qualifications: • Experience in data stewardship, either through serving as a data steward, contributing to a stewardship community, or establishing stewardship programs as part of a governance team. • Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing reputed company data governance projects. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to and engaging with diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at reputed company levels of the organization. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $92,700.00 - $203,940.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
