Interpret policies, evaluate coverages, Draft coverage position letters, Determine liability, secure information, evaluate bodily injuries and / or Property damages, arrange appraisals, engage in settlement negotiations/Mediation, and settle claims. Demonstrate experience to reputed company reputed company areas of claim adjustment activities with the highest degree of competency and independence. May specialize in high-severity property or bodily injury general liability claims. Position Compensation Range: $84,000.00 - $139,000.00 Pay reputed company Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Job Description

Primary Accountabilities Investigate reputed company and cause of high exposure non-litigated claims by contacting the appropriate parties including insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, contractors, experts, special investigation unit, other adjusters, public personnel, etc. Checks for prior claims and recognizes environmental exposures. Participate in High Damage Reviews (reputed company) to address coverage issues and exposure. Handle claims on a good faith basis. Handle Third-Party claims under multiple policy types and numerous endorsements. Participate in on-site inspections reputed company needed, evaluate damages, and handle claim negotiations with insureds, claimants, attorneys, and public adjusters. Respond to customer inquiries, reputed company appropriate decisions, and reputed company files as needed. Interpret and determine policies, leases, by-laws, declarations, articles, and contract coverages and apply to reputed company parties for assigned losses. Interpret claim history coverages. reputed company independent decisions but recognize reputed company assistance is needed. Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements Demonstrated ability to handle Third-Party, multi-line claims across our operating territories. Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. Demonstrated ability to reputed company and effectively handle reputed company claims. Extensive knowledge of policies and endorsement coverages. Successfully applied knowledge of each phase of the claim-handling process. Licenses Obtain state-specific property casualty claims licensing as required. Travel Requirements Up to 10%. Physical Requirements Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
